About Tom King

Tom King joined Capital City Investments as a client financial advisor in May 2024, bringing 50 years of experience in the wealth management industry, having worked with a variety of regional and national investment firms. His approach to wealth management revolves around developing tailored investment plans that evolve with clients' changing needs and goals. King is committed to staying accessible to his clients, ensuring they have the support they need to navigate their financial journeys.

Prior to joining the Capital City team, King served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Outside of his professional life, King is deeply involved in his community, currently volunteering with the Bay County Writers group. He has also held leadership roles as chairman of the Bay County Red Cross and served as a board member of the Gulf Coast College Foundation. Additionally, King has been active in youth baseball and basketball.

In his free time, King enjoys kayaking in the local bays, writing and reading. He is the author of three novels and twelve short stories, and he has a deep passion for music.
